What should I do if my tracking number is wrong/package is lost?

In such cases we will replace the package at no additional cost

Do you accept returns?

We do! You can try try our shoes and if you, for any reason, decide that they're not the right choice you can return them in 15 days. The items must be unworned and in its original packaging. 

My order arrived damaged, what can I do?

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, don't worry! We'll replace it at no extra charge within 15 days of your package delivery.

Do you make custom-made shoes?

Not at this time, we don't. However, please visit our designer brand LidiaTalavera.com to order your custom shoes. 

What sizes of shoes do you make?

Our heels are designed to fit masculine feet, available exclusively in men's sizes. We craft our shoes in men’s sizes ranging from 7 to 16 US. If your size isn’t currently available, please reach out to us for further assistance.

Are the shoes suitable for both males and females?

Our shoes are gender inclusive and they are suitable for anyone regardless of their gender.
